Air classifier has been developed especially for ultra fine products from 3 micron to 45 micron. The main point of its development was to achieve a high fineness of the end product. a good shapness, high efficiency and low specific energy consumption with highest fines output were the guideline for this target. Our factory could achieve these criteria by optimizing the dynamic of air flow and the material resistance. we could offer an air classifier to meet even the most exciting product requirement. 


Features of ULS Air Classifier:
1. Separate rotor housing for easy maintenance
2. Fine classification with high performance
3. Feed from top or bottom with main air stream for high feed rates
4. High speed drive system
5. Adjustment of cut point by variable rotor speed via frequency converter
6. Construction material can be mild steel, stainless steel and wear protection by PU or ceramics
7. Replaceable rotor parts
8. The solid construction and the selected materials of construction give a long life time with low maintenance costs
